Emotion has only been overwhelming for you because you react to them too fast. This video will teach how to react less & react slower. Emotion is a sensation in the body, ONLY. But us as humans, we always attach them to a story in our mind. When you explain it, act on it, run from it, or try to numb it …. Your attention leaves the body. If your attention leaves, the emotion stays stuck. If your attention stays, the emotion transmutes. Stay with the sensation & breath without needing to change anything. Even trying to change it, is a reaction 💯...... Read that again. Staying without changing is how emotion completes instead of constantly repeating in your reality. This is how the body learns safety & emotional stability is built.

Staying With The Body | Today’s Practice
You don’t need to understand your emotions all the time, that comes from doing too much mental work. You don’t need to fix them either. Sometimes they fix themselves. Emotional Regulation starts with staying, instead of consistently trying to run from or figure them out. At some point today, pause and notice: • where emotion is felt in the body • pressure, tightness, warmth, heaviness, movement Dont explain it and don’t react to it. Just stay with the sensation of it … and keep breathing. If the mind starts talking, bring your attention back to: - the breath - the body - the exact sensation This is how emotion completes itself instead of continuously looping. Regulating emotions is more about capacity than control. The body will learn safety when you stop leaving it. That’s the work I want you all to practice today. Staying with it.

The Body IS the Present Moment | Attention Is the Key 🔑
When attention stays in thought, you are no longer in reality. The present moment doesn’t exist in the mind. It exists in the body, through the senses. The body only lives now. It doesn’t recognize past or future. So when attention drifts into memory, story, or anticipation, you’re no longer here…. you’re in the mind. Which if you remember the video from last month, makes you create karmic experiences. To return to the present & free yourself of the karma hindering your experience, shift attention into your senses. That’s how the body grounds energy. That’s how clarity stabilizes & abundance becomes physical. Where attention goes, life follows.
