New member 👋 eager to learn and grow as one ⚡️

I don’t know how many of you actually did this assignment but I decided to take some time today and work on it. This has been a very powerful exercise. It showed me previous patterns and some areas that I am grateful I recognized long before doing this. I do recommend however that those of you who are just starting or in the middle of your healing journey to do this exercise to help target some of your trauma and help you to see some of the patterns that have create your reality. 🤞🏾💜✨
