Food Rhythm & Nervous System Safety
Eating while watching TV or scrolling keeps the nervous system on guard. Screens signal movement and stimulation, so the body stays “on” instead of calming. Digestion becomes secondary because the system is still scanning outward. Food rhythm needs you to be slow, & present, & have consistent timing. That lets the body continually know it’s safe. This is root chakra work. Insight is not enough for grounding work, the root is trained through repetition. Regular meals. Full presence. No rushing. No distraction. When the body feels safe, energy stops being drained, anxiety goes down, & receiving becomes easier. How you eat is one of the strongest safety signals you give your nervous system every day.

@Arleny Abreu I used to do that in beginning of my journey but now my awareness have revealed how lightest meal at end of day because of the digestion process etc on nervous system during the night. & as far as mindful eating I can give you some tips for it for sure. I don’t put the utensils down often but I have sometimes. My main awareness be feeling my feet on the ground, feeling the food go down, watching my speed of how fast I’m eating, and redirecting my “boredom” or inner chatter to lock into the senses while eating the food. The taste start to become wayyyy better

When attention stays in thought, you are no longer in reality. The present moment doesn’t exist in the mind. It exists in the body, through the senses. The body only lives now. It doesn’t recognize past or future. So when attention drifts into memory, story, or anticipation, you’re no longer here…. you’re in the mind. Which if you remember the video from last month, makes you create karmic experiences. To return to the present & free yourself of the karma hindering your experience, shift attention into your senses. That’s how the body grounds energy. That’s how clarity stabilizes & abundance becomes physical. Where attention goes, life follows.

Routine as a Form of Prayer
Family, routine is more powerful than we’ve been taught. When you move through your morning or night routine with breath and presence, it becomes a form of meditation. A form of prayer …. without words. You’re signaling safety to the body. You’re signaling trust to God within you. Spiritual power ain’t just built through insight or downloads. As regulation deepens, spirituality shows up in your systems, schedules, and consistency. This is how Heaven on Earth is built….day by day, through repetition & embodiment. When routine gets treated as prayer, your life becomes aligned.

Your money isn’t blocked. Your life isn’t paused, & nothing is at a standstill. The body moves in rhythm, just like nature. Right now, the energy is quieter & slower. We are in winter. This is for planting and watering. If you keep looking outside for proof, you’ll miss what’s actually shifting. The real evidence shows up internally first. Pay attention to: – how you’re responding day to day – how your body feels – how your choices are changing That’s how you know the seed took root. When the next phase arrives, what you’ve been building quietly will start to show. Stay present. Stay steady. Keep watering.

@Titus Glenn Well for one, you don’t need to fix the anger or push it away. Being mad at God don’t always mean you lost faith… it usually just means your body is finally letting pain that’s been deep within you come to surface. Healing ain’t always bout staying positive yk. It’s also bout letting what’s real move through you without judging it. So it can clear. (Especially with you being Pisces moon) God can handle honesty. God ain’t judging it cause God understand human emotion. Your nervous system just needs to know it’s safe to feel these feelings. They come in waves, sit wit them, don’t run from them. And it will start to transform.

@Ms Jackson That comes from a nervous system that learned that worth is tied to constant movement, hustle, or productivity. So sitting still can feel unsafe at first, but it’s the ultimate trust in God. Stillness teaches your body it doesn’t have to EARN safety. Safety is already yours once you connect back to it. Royalty is fully grounded in stillness. Let’s get you back to your Royal body.
