I struggled last night. I’m struggling this morning, but I know I can do it at home. I’m gonna wake up tomorrow, so I just need to keep that vision of me in my head and focus on other things, because it’s not gonna end well.

Getting easier. Can wait to feel like myself again. The energy
Day 4
struggle a little bit last night, but I think I’m getting to the point where I can say no. I just want to feel like myself again.
Day three
last night was a little rough, but I just keep moving forward. I know I’m not doing this alone.
Day two
got up at six. Packed my lunch and worked out. Feeling accomplished already today.
