That makes a lot of sense. AA helps some people, but it’s not one size fits all. Going to therapy once a week is a really solid move, especially if you’re already comfortable with her. Just don’t give up because one thing didn’t work sometimes it takes a mix of things to actually quiet your mind. You’re on the right track. Keep trying until something works something will click. However, do not expect it to be night and day right away. It will be small baby steps maybe one percent better each day.
Take your time on this and complete all the steps in order. These lessons were designed to rebuild your dopamine system, discipline and identity so that recovery is as effortless as possible. Stay consistent and watch who you become by the end.
@Jay McCalden I would recommend each week so it it’s not too much to implement all at once, however if you are feeling it, you could do more than just that weeks of work.
Starting to use this app for the Reset Group day one honestly it’s been the best day 1 in a while and I’m hoping to continue so far this has given solid instructions and helped me a lot already
