Today is day 2 of my weekend workshop The Way of the Shaman. I've got a great group of 8 students in person. It's so awesome to teach in person. It's on my list to do more in person training. I'm off to teach this weekend in Houston. I'll be teaching in person the Way of the Shaman Workshop. I'm super excited to be teaching in person. it's always a great thrill to have students in front of you. Hi all 😃 I'm pretty new to the group and am so looking forward to getting to know all of you beautiful souls ❤️. A few weeks ago I attended the Community Coffee session and shared this with Anthony and he suggested that I share it with all of you. I have to admit that I was nervous to share it with Anthony out of fear of being thought crazy 😆. He was very reassuring, so thank you Anthony! I walk my dog at a medical complex that is lined with trees up on a grassy hill with lots of squirrels and birds. It's my "happy place." I've always talked to the trees on my walks. Anyway, two weeks ago during one of our walks, I took my sandals off to ground and while I was talking to a tree, one of the branches bent down toward me and the leaves rested on my head and face. They didn't just brush me, they were literally like stuck to me! I am all of 5 foot and it had to come down about 4 inches to reach me. It was a hot California day with no wind. Needless to say, I was more than surprised. I kept thinking, "What?! Is this really happening?" Yes, yes it was! I kept talking to her (I've named her Miracle) and and the energy was unreal. I felt such peace and love, and literal tingling throughout my body. There are a lot of trees and bushes at my apartment complex and some of the bushes will attach to my hand when I hold it out within their reach. I try to be sly about it since I don't want my neighbors to think I'm nuts 😃. I'm too short for the trees here to reach me 😆. Nature has always been extremely soothing to me and have always felt a connection. The same with animals as well. Sometimes the squirrels will stop, look at me and chatter. It's wonderful. I've always heard that trees have souls. I'm here to tell you that they definitely do!
