Day 1 Sacred Healing Journey
For those of you just starting with the Sacred Healing Journey - and for those of you who are ready to review and start fresh - these are the main points to take away from Day 1. - Your sensitivity was never the problem — lack of training was. For thousands of years, people with this instinct, this knowing, weren't seen as broken. They were taken aside and trained. That's what we're doing here in the Rainbow Path - training you for the work. - This is training, not therapy. The Sacred Healing Journey is a 14-day training in awareness, energetic boundaries, and spiritual discipline — not a replacement for professional mental health or medical support. Super important distinction. This is spiritual training that will help you to take the steps - small and large that will get you to the next level on your healing journey. - You're not becoming someone new — you're remembering who you already are. The work is about falling in love with yourself again and releasing the healer already inside you. The healer already inside of you is waiting patiently. No need to judge yourself up about any of the work that is here for you to do now. Everything happens in its time. - Your connection to divine spirit has never been broken. No matter the doubt or fear, that connection is sacred, holy, and unbreakable — and so are you. - Day one is about naming and claiming your healing gift. It's not a final declaration of who you'll become as a healer — just the first honest step: maybe this gift is real. All that's needed is to sit with this and acknowledge who you are and where you are on this path.

@Anthony Rios I see myself as a guide? no one calls me this lol but the name that would mean the most to me is Shifu….as that is what I called my teacher who helped me heal myself
Your Sacred Healing Journey is Now
Looking back at Day One of the Sacred Healing Journey always reminds me what it really takes to walk a path of healing—not just healing yourself, but eventually bringing your own healing gifts, your own medicine, into the world. That lesson came alive for me during the first part of my trip here in Mexico. (Part two begins tonight.) Even after decades of doing this work, studying with incredible teachers, and teaching professionally for years, I made a decision before I arrived. I wasn't going to show up as the teacher. I was going to show up as the beginner. I gave myself permission to be curious again. To ask questions. To not have all the answers. To simply experience what was in front of me. The truth is, you can only do that when you're in a space that feels safe. And that's exactly what I want The Rainbow Path to be. Not another place where you have to prove yourself. Not another place where you have to pretend you already know what you're doing. Not another place where you're afraid you'll ask the "wrong" question. I want it to be a place where you can exhale. A place where you can explore your healing without judgment. A place where you can ask for what you need. A place where you can make mistakes, discover new parts of yourself, and realize that every step—even the uncertain ones—is part of becoming who you were meant to be. That's why Day One of the Sacred Healing Journey isn't about learning techniques. It's about giving yourself permission to name and claim the healer that already lives within you. I know that isn't always easy. I've lived through the years of self-doubt. The fear. The constant wondering if any of this would ever work out. I spent far too much time questioning myself instead of trusting what Spirit was quietly showing me. Looking back, I realize the biggest problem wasn't that I lacked ability. It was that I couldn't clearly see what was possible on the other side of my fear. My vision was too clouded by doubt. Something else happened during this trip that touched me deeply.

Set Your Boundaries!
A very important part of our work and taking care of ourselves is making sure you have the proper boundaries in place. The simplest way of practicing and using your power of boundary setting is yes or no. Is this for me? yes. Is this for me? no I'm about to end the second week of being in an environment with a lot of well-trained people, healers with years of experience -including myself - and every now and again you come up against some soft spots or hard spots and I've been practicing boundary setting to take care of my well-being and the well-being of people around me. The strong point of boundary setting is that it really is all about communication. And communication means being honest with yourself first. Know what you need. Say what you need. Ask for what you need, and that will point you in the right direction for setting your boundaries as strongly as possible. How are you practicing setting your boundaries? Where is your weakness in setting your boundaries? What kind of support do you need in learning about setting boundaries and the practice of setting boundaries? Ask for what you need

If it does not fill me in some way I do not do it.
Embrace the Hard Parts
Remember, as you are going forward on your path, you already walk as Divine light. The difficulty for many people is the resistance to embrace the hard parts. Those hard parts are the fear, the doubt, the anxiety which brings up more resistance and more fear and more doubt Etc. it's a vicious cycle. Part of the work is to embrace those dark parts or what some call the shadow, and not reject these parts. When we embrace them, learn from them, and welcome the gifts that those dark parts have... it gives you strength and spiritual power to really begin a path of healing and growing
