Pick one or both of these energetic hygiene practices and try them out for one week.
You can adjust as needed and you can do these throughout the day as needed.
1. Morning Reset (3–5 minutes)
- Sit upright in a chair and breathe in and out
- Place one hand on your chest, one hand on your belly over your bellybutton.
- Say to yourself - "I Welcome All of my Energy to Me"
- Visualize and feel your energy returning gently inside your body.
- Breathe in and breathe out
- You can repeat this several times as needed
The purpose is to stop unconscious energy leakage before the day begins, and restore yourself first thing in the morning
2. Physical Grounding Check-In
- Stand with your feet hip width apart, and feel your feet.
- Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale ask yourself "Am I fully in my body?"
- Feel what you feel. Breathe in and out to fully contain your energy body inside of you
- Ask yourself again "Am I fully in my body"
- When you get a Yes. Take a final deep breath in and out and sense the completion in your body
The purpose is to make sure your a fully in your body as you go about your day. Healers and Empaths leave the body first. This brings you back.
