hola anthony. thank you. just to clarify- I am currently completing the 14-day Sacred Healing Journey Challenge in the classroom- and what I’m seeing looks different from the content in the digital archive you shared with link (I am seeing for Day 1: You Healing Gift is Real, Day 2: The Signs Were Always There, Day 3: Observe, Don’t Absorb… and so on.) Is what you shared via link a new/different offering?
Learn about your healing traditions
It's been a wonderful three days of learning about my Mexican roots and traditions from pre conquest Mexico. We've been studying the Codex Laud, one of multiple manuscripts that have the history of the indigenous people in Mexico in the central Mexican Valley and south to Oaxaca where I am currently. We've been studying the Day signs and the 260 day sacred calendar. It's been a beautiful immersion. We got to be creative and use the same type of paper from a tree called amate that the indigenous people used and this paper is still in production today. We drew our day sign which is the day of your birth. My day sign is 6 Wind. The process is done in steps so there's the pencil drawing the first outline and then you go in order of colors starting with red then the greens and the yellows my particular sign didn't have any blue so red green yellow and black

Fears & Worry about healing gifts
One thing I've seen over and over again is people with healing gifts whoexperience fear regarding their abilities. This fear often comes not from the gifts, but from concerns about what embracing these gifts could cost you. That is 100% valid. You might worry about losing friendships, facing judgment from family, or even sacrificing your job. Recognizing that these fears as valid is the first step toward overcoming them. I went through similar experiences with old friends, some family members, and other professional colleagues I used to associate with. And that is the important piece I used to associate with a lot of these people. Many of these relationships I ended because I had to in order to move forward with my healing gifts. So your fears and worries are valid. But if you've chosen to walk this path, to explore this path, with an open heart and to be of service then you will be fine. With continued support and training that you can find here inside the Rainbow Path, you will be fine. You will learn and you will grow in your capacity as a healer with a Divine gift.

thank you. this so real. and honoring the fear so that we can release it also gives me the permission to really lean into the gift- i feel like i have kinda been straddling worlds, not fully in any one place and it’s been leaving me feeling exhausted and uncertain. this post helped- as did @Brad Weyant bit about staying where it’s safe. i am grateful to be here and to you anthony for curating this healing, learning, communing space. 🌹
You're Not Broken- You're Protected
Before we go further, there is something I want to say to you with lots of love and compassion. You have spent years — maybe decades — looking at parts of yourself as problems to fix. Just think about…. The way you shrink in certain rooms. The way you go quiet when you want to speak. The way you’ve learned to make yourself smaller, softer, less. The way you disappear sometimes even when you are standing right there. I've been in all these places. So you called it a pattern. A block. A wound. Something broken that needs to be healed before you can finally live the way you want to live. Yes, I did that, too. But I want to offer you a different way of seeing it, of seeing you. What if none of that is broken? What if every single part of you that learned to hide — the quietness, the smallness, the going-away-while-staying — was doing exactly what it was built to do? Protecting you. Think about it for a second. Somewhere in your history — maybe early on, maybe as a young adult, or maybe not so long ago — you learned that being fully seen was not safe. That showing your whole self had a cost. That too much, too loud, too real got you hurt, dismissed, abandoned, or shamed. So a part of you got smart. That part learned to read the room before you entered it. It learned to scan for danger before you opened your mouth. It learned to make you acceptable, manageable, palatable — because that was how you survived. That part of you — I call it the guardian. And the guardian has been doing its job without a single day off ever since. You can feel the guardian in your belly. In your chest. In the tension you carry in your shoulders. In the automatic shrinking that happens before you even realize you're doing it. That is your guardian. Not a malfunction. Not evidence of how damaged you are. It's evidence of how you adapted to conditions that were genuinely hard. This was done with intelligence. Here is what I know about empaths and healers — the people who come into my community. You feel everything. You have always felt everything. And somewhere along the way, feeling everything in a world that was not always kind to your sensitivity became dangerous. So the guardian learned to protect the feeling. To keep it hidden. To keep you safe from the cost of being that open. To keep you safe from the cost of being you.

Free Yourself part 2
The work of freeing yourself takes courage. I'm not going to lie to you. It takes courage, it is scary, it can feel like you’re pushing that big Sisyphus rock up the hill. But when you allow yourself the opportunity to live into and lean into Who You Are, a whole new world will open up. One thing I struggled with at the beginning of this conference in New Mexico on the first day I attended was the wound of belonging. That's a wound I have worked on healing for a long time and it took a lot of work to really get to that place where I saw that one of the major unhealed wounds for me was belonging. So when I'm at this conference and I'm watching these speakers who are Ph.d's in psychology Ph.d's in Behavioral Health, MD's. All these white collar professionals and all of a sudden I felt less than. And I was aware of it right away. I was aware of it right away because of the tools that we have and I was surprised and asked myself why is this coming up? And it's coming up because that's how our nervous system - that protection mechanism works. No matter how much healing we've done there's always that little piece hanging around that thinks that you still need some kind of protection. So I was able to see it for what it is, see it as a difficult dark part but not reject it, to own it, to honor it, to thank it and then release it. But for about 20 minutes there when I was sitting in that lecture hall that old wound was there right in my face But had I not chosen to do the hard work of healing and to practice with the tools that we have available for grounding, for energetic boundaries, for our protection, how to release what needs to be released and being aware of what's mine and what's not mine…. all of these tools come into play and so I experienced this for about 20 minutes instead of two or three days I share this with you so you know that I struggle just as you do. Those old wounds pop up and want to trip you up. I know. I get it and I experienced it just the other day.
