My story so far.

Good evening, everyone!

My name is Thanos, and I live in Worthing, West Sussex. I'm 32 years old and have been in the UK for 11 years.

I'm proud to say I own my own residence and a buy-to-let property. I'm actually in the process of selling the BTL as I want to put that capital to more effective use.

I've worked in various roles since moving here, and since October 2022, I've been a mortgage broker with whole of market access. Been doing residential, BTL, commercial, and bridging finance. My long term goal as a mortgage broker is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and build a successful property portfolio. I'm very determined and hardworking.

I'm incredibly excited to join this community. Robert's strategies are truly impressive, and I can't wait to learn more about them.

I also want to extend an offer to everyone here: I'm more than happy to help with any mortgage related questions or issues you might have. As a fellow student of this community, I'll never charge for my assistance.
