Excited to collaborate as part of this cohort of like minded investors. I have been working in cybersecurity for the past 22 years whilst managing a small BTL portfolio in London. 6 years ago i set up Fine Property Group to expand my portfolio in the NW (Liverpool and Greater Manchester) with the goal of quitting the day job and focusing on property full time. During that time, I acquired more BTLs, completed HMO refurbs and converted a derelict block into 6 flats. Unfortunately I was made redundant a few months ago so now is the time to make my goal a reality.
