This is your go-to spot to get eyes on your movement and technique. Post a short video or description of your exercise/form, and I can give constructive feedback to help you improve safely and effectively. Guidelines: - Keep videos short and focused on one movement at a time. - Be specific about what you want feedback on. - Give feedback respectfully and constructively if responding to others. Think of this as your safety net + improvement lab.
