Drop your exercise videos in the Form Feedback board anytime this week. 2. Every Friday, I’ll host a live call (see calendar) where we break it all down: Real member submissions reviewed live, Demonstrations and cues so you know how it should feel, Open Q&A to fix the movements that have you stuck No more guessing. Mindset change
Lately my mental health has been taking a hit but after 6 months of working with @Susie Suttles I can take a step back and see the progress in my mindset and habits. I have to look at the progress made and how even on hard days I am getting outside, walking at least 7,000 steps (most days), lifting at least 2-3 times a week and continuing to make healthier food choices! Thanks to a great trainer she has helped me refocus on what I am doing instead of “I’m just doing this..but not this”

Thank you for sharing this!!! It’s so easy to get caught up in where you want to be that you forget where you came from! You’ve come so far and I’m glad I get to be a part of it. 🫶🏻
Water Accountability Thread 💧
@Ashley Zehr and I came up with a cool way to hold ourselves accountability using this group! We're start 'self-accountability threads' -- You create a post telling the group what habit you want to stay accountable on, then each day you'll comment on your own post to show that you completed your habit. This is mine. This week, my goal is to drink 1 gallon of water per day. Check the comments for Day 1. 📣Tag me in your accountability threads!

How do you grocery shop? In person or online? I’m ordering online for the first time in a while.. forgot how easy and time saving it is!! ❓What’s your biggest struggle when it comes to grocery shopping/ eating healthy/ meal prep?
