Our 30 Day Growth Challenge starts today! 🎉 Here’s a quick analogy for my sports fans: The 4th quarter of the game is where things get intense.. you may be winning, you may be losing, but it’s not over until it’s over — ANYTHING can happen. It all depends on you.. You can hang your head and accept defeat, or you can lock in and finish strong. 👉🏼As we enter the 4th quarter of the year, I’m challenging you to LOCK. IN. on your health + your habits. Inside this group, I’ve given you all the tools you need to improve your physical and mental health. (Check the Free Resource modules in the classroom) All you have to do is show up! 💪🏼 It’s not about being perfect (clearly — I’m literally posting this at 6pm on Monday), it’s about doing the best you can and growing one day, one habit at a time. ✅ If you haven’t yet, head over to the classroom and watch through the orientation module to learn about the challenge and grab your habit tracker. ❓How to Earn Points: - Create a post under the ‘Challenges🏅’ category sharing your win for the day or a photo of you doing one of the habits.
