Journaling doesn’t have to always be about writing your deepest darkest feelings..
This is the prompt I’ll be following each day of the challenge to set my intentions for the day and get focused:
- How do I feel this morning? (1–2 words or full sentence, doesn’t matter — just check in)
- What’s my #1 priority today? (workout, mindset, habit, business — whatever matters most)
- What’s one thing I’m grateful for right now?
- How do I want to show up today? (strong, calm, energetic, disciplined, etc.)
