Fun times in Philly
I know we’re kinda semi-officially a KEXP community here, but WXPN in Philly is doing a fun thing today where everything they play is off vinyl, live to air.
Crackles, pops, skips, rpm screw-ups, the whole ride!
To boot, they’ve got an in-studio cam going, so you can see all the needle-drops and turntable swap-outs and all that. I find it bizarrely soothing.
Worth a look if you have any look & listen time today!
