I’ve been looking forward to seeing Dark Chisme forever, but I’ve got a cold I just can’t shake. Happy to send you the ticket. If more than one person wants it, I’ll use a random number generator to pick someone. Really sad to not go, but really happy if you get to go and have a great time!

Even more local than usual this past week, with a lot of great new releases in the PNW (I'm counting Jo Passed out of Vancouver BC as local too). This reflects a lot of local music seen lately (Jo Passed, Rocky Votolato, Versing) and upcoming (Plash tonight for the record release show!), Dining Dead tomorrow, Sour Widows and Remember Sports on the spring show calendar for me. In the chaos of the world and the US in particular, music is a refuge, a balm, and support to fight for what's right.

Ska!
If there's any other Ska fans in here besides me I thought I'd share this. 3/13 Vera Project show is 75% sold out now and those tickets won't last much longer. The last BTR tour in 2023 was really fun. (A handful of pics from that show with Omnigone, Kill Lincoln, We Are The Union (with Jer & Emily), and Catbite.
