Posting a win for the benefit of my teammates: Sorry I missed the call last Sunday. Had company and as I mentioned to Tiffany, good intentions and structure went by the wayside (for days). Truth is, company left Tuesday, I worked 3 days in a row to try and get back on track. Had a call with Ryan yesterday and made a commitment to watch the replay and week 2 videos. After doing this, my mind (the old habit) wanted to just wait until Sunday to begin, but my higher self won this battle and said "just start." So last night I did the GITAR practice and wrote my paragraph, even though there were no stats to report on. Woke up at 3:33 am (a significant number combination) and decided to go with heart coherence. Went back to sleep and when I woke up, meditated on intentions and desires. At the conclusion of the meditation, there was a determination to go ahead full steam with the 2 worksheets, and this morning has been magic! Not only am I back on my ideal morning routine, my mind is calm (a focus point) and both the easy and hard tasks are done before noon. One included weight training and I agreed to make it a baby step: 10 minutes. Takeaways: deregulation isn't the end. Let my higher self set the parameters and start with guaranteed wins.
