I just had a thought this morning and figured I’d ask for direction instead of assuming.
Are tasks what we hope to accomplish as in I will be able to check a box next to it (like putting away my clothes or going to the gym)? Then would a focus be what I want to be conscious of throughout the day (like making connections or bringing joy into my interactions)?
I ask because today I was writing and my “focus”items were more about what I wanted to focus on getting done today (like finishing a presentation) then I stopped and thought 🤔 that’s a task isn’t it?
