Yesterday I watched the video for this week, but didn't take time to do the first exercises. Observation: I'm always more motivated in the morning, so to celebrate my birthday, this morning I did the energy work with Ryan. AMAZING STUFF HERE! Hey everyone, I'm Tony and I'm from Carpentersville, IL, located in the Milky Way Galaxy. I'd love to have an "easy button" on getting motivation to exercise, and being patient with life. My spiritual journey was started when I decided to get sober in April 2024. Ryan has been one the most influential figures in my recovery, guiding me through the spiritual realm of the universe.

How many times has your attention been drawn to repetitive numbers? - Time on the clock (11:11, 2:22, 5:55) - Road signs and the radio or clock I'm curious about how often and how these appear for you? And, what does it mean to you when you see them? For me, over the past 4 months I have been seeing this on my clock a minimum or 2x per day. Typically 11:11 and 2:22 (also 4:44). These will be noticed when someone calls or sends a text or I'm going to listen to something. Whenever I see these I stop and get very present to my surroundings. Not looking too hard, but just being present. What's your experience?

It has been an interesting morning - I am already discovering some things as I've kept track of what I have done since waking up... decided to keep track of everything, not just the first 2 hours, and I'm seeing what Tiffany said about "time wasters" - though it isn't social media, it's meeting the demands of other people. I'm thinking about how it might be useful to make a plan to get up earlier, since as soon as the next person wakes up, I have things to do that weren't planned for. Wow, this is going to be great!!!
