🪞 Day 2 — The Mirror Doesn’t Lie
Today I want you to do something simple: Stand in front of the mirror. Ask yourself: is my face the result of genetics… or choices? If you stand there right now and hate what you see, remember this: it’s not genetics that’s staring back at you. It’s your habits/inputs. Sleep, stress, food, exercise, discipline — they all write themselves on your face. The mirror doesn’t care about excuses. It doesn’t care if you were tired or busy. It only shows the results of what you chose yesterday. Change your inputs and your habits for a day, eat clean, get quality sleep and train hard. Look at the mirror before going to bed. The results will show for itself.

DAY 1- It starts with discipline
Your glow up doesn’t start with skincare, the gym, or even diet. It starts with one thing: discipline. If you can’t control the small things such as when you wake up, what you eat, how you treat yourself then the big changes will never come. Day 1 isn’t about looking different overnight. It’s about proving to yourself that you can show up, even when it’s uncomfortable, even when no one’s clapping for you. All the things you ever wanted will come to you one way or another. But it begins with the decision to stop living on autopilot. 💡 Glowing ups aren’t found in quick hacks hacks. They’re built in the moments you stay consistent when nobody’s watching.

Tips from me.
Btw just randomly giving a tip, stay consistent. consistency and discipline is the main thing that you need for maxxing out yourself. I've been doing Maasai jumps for a few months now (for my height) im 13. I do Maasai jumps 5 times a week and rest the other 2 days. also I stretch during the night. I think this helped me (not sure) im 5'5-5'6 now and im trying to be 5'10 or more if possible, but for that I need help to unlock heightmaxxing. and im saying again to y'all, stay consistent. best of luck

Wsp Everyone, im Aarush. im here to level up, im looking forward to get 5'10 and improve looks. my routine was pretty cooked, but soon fixed it. currently 1.5 years in puberty, used to go to runs in the morning, now I wake up, ice my face and head to scl then have lunch ( I skip breakfast) try to eat clean,, then come back workout and shower... after tht I try boxing from yt (mike Rashid) try to finish dinner by 8 and sleep at 9:00-11:30 my split is sat-chest and biceps sun-back and triceps tue- legs and shoulder then repeat and rest on friday (also forearm on sun and abs on sat)
