Btw just randomly giving a tip, stay consistent. consistency and discipline is the main thing that you need for maxxing out yourself. I've been doing Maasai jumps for a few months now (for my height) im 13. I do Maasai jumps 5 times a week and rest the other 2 days. also I stretch during the night. I think this helped me (not sure) im 5'5-5'6 now and im trying to be 5'10 or more if possible, but for that I need help to unlock heightmaxxing. and im saying again to y'all, stay consistent.
