I came across this breakdown of a study on Instagram, saying how we make subconscious assumptions about people within 2-seconds based mostly on body language (kinda like dogs do):
This makes sense but having it confirmed is kind of terrifying - we cant override those first impressions regardless of what we say or have rehearsed.
So hopegully practicing PAWS can be how we influence that moment - how we hold ourselves, how we lead with curiosity, and create that emotional contagion. 🤞
