If you only had 20 minutes a day to train, what would you focus on? Strength, mobility, skills? Let me know in the comments.

A hip problem
Hello Gareth, a question, I have a new client, Femke age 68, who has a hip problem. She has limited rom abducting her right leg and she can't ly down on that hip either. MRI and echoes show no decay or anomalies. The pain when trying to lift the leg sideways is located at the side of that hip. Stretching doesn't give any relief. Would you have suggestions?

Move like an animal?
Animal movement is pretty popular atm. And to be fair it should be because it’s fantastic for full body co-ordination and strength building. Especially the cross and spiral patterns that I love so much. But it’s only as useful as long as it’s not the only focus. Same with anything really! Have you tried it yet? If not this one is a great place to start.

Shoulder knots
Have you ever had a knot behind your shoulder blade that just dosent seem to ever go away? Maybe it’s from sitting at a desk all day staring at the phone in some super weird position. Well maybe it won’t go away because it’s not a muscle at all it might be that the ulnar nerve that passes the shoulder blade is struggling to slide and glide properly. If that sounds like you give this a try. No joke it’s amazing!
