What would you focus on?
If you only had 20 minutes a day to train, what would you focus on? Strength, mobility, skills? Let me know in the comments.

@Caleb Wolden mate you’re welcome!
Pain in the butt
Do you ever get a pain in the butt that feel is like it’s your hamstring but super high in the bum. Like right in there! It could be an issue with the tendon at its insertion point. If that sounds like you give this exercise ago. It makes the muscle and tendon work at the most common point of injury. The isometric portion. Between the contraction and the release phase of a movement. This long lunge reached the muscle and tendon to manage the high forces in the isometric hold inbetween changes of direction. it’s also really good for building into front splits ☺️

A hip problem
Hello Gareth, a question, I have a new client, Femke age 68, who has a hip problem. She has limited rom abducting her right leg and she can't ly down on that hip either. MRI and echoes show no decay or anomalies. The pain when trying to lift the leg sideways is located at the side of that hip. Stretching doesn't give any relief. Would you have suggestions?

I would try some QL side bends and some adductor raises. I suspect her adductors will be super weak!

Move like an animal?
Animal movement is pretty popular atm. And to be fair it should be because it’s fantastic for full body co-ordination and strength building. Especially the cross and spiral patterns that I love so much. But it’s only as useful as long as it’s not the only focus. Same with anything really! Have you tried it yet? If not this one is a great place to start.
