This is something I start using few months ago. I try to walk with the heavy backpack every time I walk my dog. So you can save time, doing two or 3 things in the same time. The fitter you get, the more you realise that is great to be and feel fit. Everything seems easier. You have more energy. You can do more stuff. And you feel great. Many never reach this point, and they are stuck in the low energy zone...they sleep bad, so they have no energy, so they dont exercise, so they eat bad, so they have even less energy... and it goes on and one...
