This week holds a lot for many women: gatherings, expectations, emotions, and often a quiet pressure to “get it right.”
Instead of asking, "What should I do this week?" I want to offer a gentler question:
👉 What would feel most supportive for my body and nervous system right now?
That might look like carving out some me time.
Simplicity.
Or permission to let this week be imperfect.
You don’t need to manage or fix anything today.
Simply take note of what support looks like, even in small ways. 💛
