Feel-Good Friday 🌿
This is our long weekend here in Canada, and I’m heading to the lake with some friends. No pressure to be productive. I have no feeling like I should be catching up on work. Just fresh air, good company, and a chance to slow down a little. I used to think rest had to be earned. That I needed to finish everything on my to-do list, do enough, and stay on top of everything before I was allowed to relax. But that’s one of the patterns I’ve had to become more aware of myself… and now help other women notice too. Because there’s something worth remembering as you head into the weekend: You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to fix yourself before you’re allowed to feel good. The body you have right now deserves care — not as a reward, but as a baseline. šŸ’¬ What’s one small thing you could do this weekend that’s purely for you — no productivity, no purpose… just because it feels good? 🌊
