We're officially entering the second half of the year. Before you think about goals, plans, or what still hasn't happened... Pause for a moment.... Take one breath. And ask yourself: How am I doing, really? Not how productive you've been. Not how much you've accomplished. Just you. 🥰 What do you need more of? What do you need less of? What would make the next six months feel a little better? Sometimes the wisest thing we can do isn't push forward. It's check-in. What's one thing you'd like to carry into the second half of the year—and one thing you're ready to leave behind? 💛

This week had a lot of movement in it. This weekend, I'm planning on doing absolutely nothing productive. No catching up. No optimizing. Just rest. 💛 What does your body need this weekend? More rest? More fun? More quiet? More connection? More space? I'd love to hear.

Something I want you to sit with today: What do you keep trying to fix... that actually needs to be understood first? Maybe it's: 💛Emotional eating 💛Overthinking 💛Procrastination 💛Saying yes when you mean no 💛Scrolling when you're exhausted Most of us rush to change the behavior. But lasting change rarely starts there. It starts with curiosity. The next time you notice yourself doing something you wish you wouldn't do, pause and ask: ✨What was I feeling right before this? ✨What did I actually need? ✨What story was I telling myself? The behavior is usually the visible part. The pattern underneath is where the wisdom lives. And once you can see the pattern, you can begin to choose differently. 🌿If you're willing, share below: What's one pattern you're becoming more aware of lately? No judgment. Just awareness.💖✨

When that happens, notice the first question you ask yourself. Is it: "Why is this happening?" Or: "What do I need right now?" One question creates more stress.
