Hello...ladies. Over the past few months, I’ve been kinda noticing how fast everything feels. Notifications. Information. AI. More things to learn. More pressure to keep up. And sometimes even the tools designed to help us… can start feeling like more noise. One thing I’m learning is this: Technology feels very different depending on the state we’re in when we use it. When we’re already overwhelmed or mentally exhausted, even helpful tools can start feeling heavy. That's why I've been exploring how to use AI in a gentler, more intentional way. You don’t need to learn everything. Consume everything. Or keep up with everything. Sometimes clarity begins with one pause. One breath. One supportive next step. 💛 How about you?
