I absolutely loved this class.
My biggest takeaway was the sweep.
Oh my goodness I have not stopped doing this. I even did it in my car. I love love love this technique.
I haven't done as much this week with the exercises etc as I have had a full on week, but I am so looking forward to getting back into routine with it.
I wish I had more to say but honestly, I am just loving every class and the changes I am finding regarding using my voice.
