Fasted Cardio
I don’t love fasted cardio.
If I were going to recommend it, I would advise walking. Anything more intense than walking flat out isn’t worth it to not eat before hand. If you don’t have a workout in the morning and are really looking to bring your weight down it can be a good option. That said if you eat first thing in the morning and then go walk it is going to be equally beneficial.
