Thoughts On Eggs
Eggs are the most underrated and overrated food of all time. You will have one person say how you should only eat eggs and the next say they are terrible. Here is what I think: Eggs are awesome, you should definitely include them in your diet in MODERATION. What eggs have going for them is they contain almost every vitamin and mineral on the planet which makes them a very good option in terms of nutrient density. However, eggs are high in fat content containing 5g per egg. A lot of people think eggs are protein, which they are, but they also have a lot of fat. If you are talking losing fat especially, they can shoot up the calories in a hurry. When they are phenomenal, is coming down the stretch for making weight. High in fats, moderate in protein, and no carbs. The perfect recipe for getting rid of excess water.

CARBOHYDRATES and why you need them.
Something often discussed a lot when you hear people talk about losing fat is cutting carbs out completely. As an athlete and a wrestler NEVER DO THIS. Will you have to limit carbs to lose fat, potentially. However, wrestling is an intense activity meaning the primary fuel source is Carbohydrates. Without them you will lose that zip you have in your wrestling. When it comes to losing fat a calorie deficit is what matters. Not eliminating carbs.
