Craziest Weight Cut?
What is the craziest weight cut you have ever done? What is the craziest weigh cut you have ever seen done by someone else?

The craziest weight cut I’ve done (not very bad at all compared to other people’s) is only around 11 ish pounds, the worst cut I’ve seen from somebody else is around 15-17 pounds
3 Foods That Help Me Feel Full On The Cut
- Egg Whites - The best calorie to protein ratio out there. A ton of volume and a lot of protein that is very filling. Don’t confuse with whole eggs. - Salsa - A great filler to add a ton of volume with very little calories. Gives a sweet feel and adds flavor to any dish. - Plain Rice Cakes - These are my go to if I am really hungry because they slow me down and feel like a lot. I prefer them over cooked rice because it feels like you are eating so much more.

I have a question if you don’t mind i see you mention egg whites but not whole eggs why is that? is the yolk too calorie dense or something?

Cole Schreck I’m wrestling 120 for my freshman year. I wrestle in Indiana and when cutting weight I always feel tired, and struggle with dehydration (also have no energy for practices) I would love to learn a more efficient way of cutting weight so that I can better focus on my wrestling!
