I haven’t taken the time to be as active in the group as I should. I realized I joined this group for knowledge, but also for the support, the community of people here for the same thing. So I was hoping to ask you ladies for a little advice. Does anyone have issues with consistency? I was doing all the things & then-for a truly unknown reason-I just stopped. I have since then had 2 hospital scares-so I know the importance of getting back on track-health wise & I have strong Whys-the strongest being my 5yr old grandson. Who depends on me & needs the best version of me. So I hate to say I’m not motivated. I know some of you may think it’s a no-brainer, but I honestly don’t get why I can’t stay on track. Any advice will be truly appreciated. Thank You
