Mindful morning halfway point
Tell me below out of the three days this week if you had some time in the morning to sit with yourself, journal meditate stretch, etc. check in with me below. As for me, I did two out of three days this morning. I forgot, but I fully intend to do so for the rest of the week.
What I noticed in the two days that I had a slower more mindful morning I actually felt energized to get my day started. I’m out. I’m trying to start my day with more gratitude and gratitude. Definitely helps me to have a more positive outlook.
