Did we hit our actual deficit macros today?
If not no problem 😌 this is what this week is for, to get a feel for what that looks like.

Here are my meals for the day. Minus the 1.5 glasses of wine I had. But tracked that too, no guilt, no problem.
Bfast was protein oatmeal. I also had peanut butter with it.
Snack was half this banana bread and half of this non fat latte.
Also had the 1.5 glasses of wine.
Lunch was mahi with a scoop of white rice.
Dinner was the same thing as lunch.
Then a scoop of protein to end the night.
Definitely low in fiber today but I need to go shopping for fruits and veggies 🥕 t
Total protein 140g total cals around 1700
