Hormones, emotions & sleepless nights 😴💭
If you’ve ever felt like your hormones are controlling your emotions and ruining your sleep… I completely get it. There were nights I’d be wide awake at 3am with racing thoughts, anxiety, and a heavy feeling in my chest for no clear reason. Add that to the random crying, irritability, and overwhelm — and it felt like I was on an emotional rollercoaster I never signed up for. Here’s what’s actually helped me calm my nervous system and sleep properly again: • L-Theanine – amazing for calming my mind when I feel wired but tired • Ashwagandha – helped reduce stress and cortisol, especially around my luteal phase • Magnesium glycinate – supports both sleep and mood regulation (I take it before bed) • Inositol – helped me with emotional stability and pre-period anxiety • Less caffeine, more slow mornings 🧘‍♀️ • A proper wind-down routine without screens or blue light Histamine tolerance may also be affecting your sleep schedule. Check the Histamine tab to see if you’re Histamine sensitive or intolerant

Hormones all over the place 😣💭
Hey girls, I’m new here and honestly feeling a bit lost. Over the past few months, my hormones have felt completely out of whack 🙄 constant mood swings, insane bloating, and my skin’s been freaking out too. I’ve been to the GP and they just said “it’s normal,” but it doesn’t feel normal. I came here hoping to find others who’ve been through something similar. Has anyone figured out what actually helps? I’d be so grateful for any tips, routines, or even just someone to talk to who gets it. 🧡 — Ari xx
