Recently, managing my ADHD has been harder than usual. I've noticed I haven't been making much art either, and I don't think that's a coincidence. This older version of myself reminded me why creative expression matters so much.
Creativity offers a powerful outlet for emotions that are hard to put into words. Through art, music, writing, or other creative mediums, we can process and release feelings in ways that improve emotional regulation and reduce anxiety.
It's worked for me before. Now it's time to tap back into that.
