Hi Everyone.
My quiz came back 40% cortisol, 30% thyroid.
This is interesting! I only have 1 adrenal gland after having the other removed due to a rare adrenal tumour. While my medical team tell me I can live normally with 1 adrenal - my blood work is 'fine' - my body finds it difficult to regulate after a cortisol spike. And it can be anything from a bad night's sleep ( insomnia has been a major menopause symtom ) to traffic jam to cold plunge to something major. None of the Docs believe me. I spike and then crash and burn for hours to for days at a time. Hoping for some stability!! 🤞🤞🤞
