Introducing the Clarity Circle ✨ Rewards System
I want to take a moment to talk directly to every woman in this community. All 6,500+ of you. Whether you joined last week or you've been here since the beginning, reading quietly and nodding along, this community exists because of you. You showed up. You stayed. And a lot of you have been doing the work even when no one was watching. That matters to me. And I want to make sure this space rewards you for it. I'm at level 2. While I've been in menopause for a few years now and things are starting to improve naturally I'm looking for the secret sauce to support and improve that.
Heart racing - effecting sleep
Hi. I’m looking for advice on heart racing. I was on HRT and this began to gradually develop and then get worse causing severe insomnia. I’m now a month off HRT and everything was looking up - now this increased heart rate and insomnia has returned the past 2-4 nights. Do hormones still fluctuate in post-menopause? I exercise 3-5 days a week, protect my sleep schedule and hygiene, don’t eat processed foods, stay hydrated….what am I missing?

@Brooke Fish I couldn't take HRT due to previous breast cancer. I had assumed though that it would help! Fingers crossed for you that it will naturally keep improving. I ended up taking CBD oils, they are legal here, and it really helps. My last 5 nights have been pretty good! 🤞

@Brooke Fish It really is!
Your labs came back "normal"
Whenever I deliver the Whole Body Reset masterclass, there is one part where most of you lean in. And what suprises many of you, and I know from the comments, is this... The standard blood panel was designed to detect disease. Not dysfunction. Not the space between sick and thriving. When your doctor reads your results, they are comparing each number to a reference range built from a population that includes a lot of people who are themselves unwell. Normal becomes the average of everyone. Not a marker of how well you could actually feel. The fatigue, the brain fog, the gut issues, the weight that will not shift - those are data. They are your body flagging something the standard panel was not designed to see. You were not imagining it. You were just in the wrong system. Drop a 🙋🏾‍♀️ if 'your labs are normal' is the sentence you have heard before.

Quiz.
Hi Everyone. My quiz came back 40% cortisol, 30% thyroid. This is interesting! I only have 1 adrenal gland after having the other removed due to a rare adrenal tumour. While my medical team tell me I can live normally with 1 adrenal - my blood work is 'fine' - my body finds it difficult to regulate after a cortisol spike. And it can be anything from a bad night's sleep ( insomnia has been a major menopause symtom ) to traffic jam to cold plunge to something major. None of the Docs believe me. I spike and then crash and burn for hours to for days at a time. Hoping for some stability!! 🤞🤞🤞
