Hello
Hi I'm Heather and I'm in the UK. I looked and felt great until 7 years ago when I had to have chemotherapy, followed quickly by menopause and covid, and I have tried everything without success to shift my chemo weight and visceral fat. Hoping to find some solutions that will actually help address my constant fatigue and weight issues.
