I am 66 years old, 170 lbs, on HRT, lift weights and do cardio 3x each week, ride my bike 1x each week. I have lab work done every 6 months. Why am I always exhausted and can't lose 15 pounds? Do I really have to work out 5-6 days each week?
Some Hdl and Ldl #s out of range.
Ferritin 25.
Cortisol 11.4
Pain in hands and feet / arthritis
24/7 post nasal drip / allergies
Fingernails are developing ridges
Family history of heart issues
I'd like to lose 15 pounds
I'd like to have more energy.
