Seems like yesterday we celebrated New Years. I’m off to a great start. How bout You? The number one thing I look to improve this year is Time. I plan to make every minute this year productive. Well I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. I most certainly did. This is kinda my Christmas letter to you. December 1st I started a new Job. If the Holiday wasn’t busy enough I managed to double down on the crunch. My sister in law has a new baby this year new house and every get together will be at her house. That is a translation to I have to really plan out my cooking. Now instead of oven to table, I have oven to car to her oven (don’t know controls) to table (I knew I forgot the serving dish). But I have to say it was the most fun season of the whole year. And now it’s the weekend. Kinda like a mini break. I think of it like we just finished the playoffs and are waiting for the championship game. Now I don’t consider New Years more important than Christmas it just closes out the Year and Starts the next. So make the most out of this weekend. Best Wishes
