Here is a powerhouse combination for a salad, watercress and spinach salad with whatever else you like in a salad onion olives carrots. Make it your own. But the single addition of a salad to your daily food intake will drastically improve your body's needs. And those 2 vegetables are at the top of the list.

Today's Tip #2
This is along the lines from yesterday. It has to do with eating a healthy meal when you are pressed for time. Like a busy or inconvenient work schedule we tend to go for the easy and fast option which is Fast Food. Pick your flavor. So tip #2 I have for you is....Have on you at all times a healthy version of Top Ramen. The brand is called immi it has a high protein 24g Lower net carb 5g and is plant based. That covers a third of most diets. It's fast 4 min. its hot. Boost the potential with pre cut veggies to add in like mushrooms (can be freeze dried) allows long storage. and green onions. carrot. I was thinking of dropping a tip here each day to start a new habit. It might be random for now but gain structure in the future. So today’s tip is: Work on making something you enjoy to eat into a more healthy version so you can continue to enjoy that and keep from feeling guilty. That’s actually 2 bonuses healthy food and a clear conscience = less stress. Take care
