My Progress {9-21} - Accomplishment : Good warm up pre game. New team was a good fit. Won our game. Helped with double workout. - Priority : early to bed for recovery - Roadblocks : over eat with calories even after the conversion for basketball activity.
My Progress {9-23} - Accomplishment : Mondays are hard for me but I managed to get everything done just not logged or recorded. Today is Tuesday I won't miss again this week. - Priority : Leg injury from b-ball game needs extra extra rest for recoup. - Roadblocks : Leg injury is a huge set back with my workout routine but if I strategically work around it all will not be lost.

Sept 21 Daily Tip If you add activity to your day it allows for a buffer with your diet. But today’s tip is about reserving a set amount of calories every day to create a buffer for unexpected life hiccups. And if your reserves are coming up short add some type of activity to compensate.
Sept 23 Daily Tip Missed yesterday definitely need a checklist to keep track of my to-do's And I am in the works with a checklist for all of you to keep track of your progress with the new 7 day challenge build I am working on. Check lists are a great way to keep your focus moving forward. They also lead to a more relaxed feeling knowing that you don't have to remember what you have to do. The check list has you covered. That checklist over time will lead to a habit that you will memorize and eventually not need the checklist.
Game on Sunday with the new league. Had our first Win last week. Now I'm traded to another team. Gonna have a smaller roster which means more running and better for my double workouts.
