Questions?
I'm setting this down here to see if anyone has any questions about what I've been sharing, any of the practices or aspects of the training.
How have you been doing with the body opening?
How have you found working with softening the senses?
Have you found some calm/settling of the breath from those practices?
Anyone getting a clear feeling of the elastic quality of the fascia, or the pull of the fascia on the bones?
Anything confusing of overwhelming?
I'm here to help, and anyone's questions(if you don't feel they're too private to share here) will help to support those in the community who are learning and exploring as well!
If part of the work is working for you, but other aspects seem to be eluding you or feel too intense, DM me! Let's work on perspective, approach, where you're at in your foundations, what might be too much right now for where you're at, and what would be the best things to focus on :)
