Welcome! This training series is all about cultivating deep listening skill, and an embodied quality of release. We aim to transform our relationship with stress, and reveal the peace, warmth and joy that reside at the core of our being, allowing it to transform us from the inside out. Whether you want to be more resilient to the effects of stress, learn to meditate, deepen your spiritual practice, or just enjoy life more fully. This work will support you!

Using listening skill and the mechanism of internal release to deeply release and open the body. When we train the body to release and open it profoundly, the internal energy harmonizes more easily, the breath opens and regulates, and the mind follows along and begins to become spacious, calm, and clear as well.

Taking things a step further, we learn to deeply quiet the mind and going inside. With time, we learn to develop the right conditions to go beyond the surface level, and move towards a level of deeper transformation of mind and body.
