Inbox organizer that runs on your existing ChatGPT or Claude sub, and auto drafts replies hourly. No Zapier, no n8n, no code.
Labels every thread: 1: to respond, 2: FYI, 3: comment, 4: notification, 5: meeting update, 6: awaiting reply, 7: actioned, 8: marketing. Color coded.
"To respond" threads get a reply draft in the thread, written in your voice off your sent mail. Labels update themselves as threads move. 8am and 2pm brief: critical, needs an answer, waiting on others. Silent otherwise.
Works w/ ChatGPT and Claude existing plugins/connectors Gmail, Workspace, Outlook, 365.
ChatGPT: Plugins in the sidebar, connect Gmail or Outlook. Then Scheduled → new task → paste prompt → hourly. Works in the app or on chatgpt.com
Claude: Customize → Connectors, connect Gmail or Microsoft 365. Then Cowork → Scheduled → Create with Claude → paste prompt → hourly. Works in the app or on claude.ai
Change whatever you want before activating: label names, colors, brief times, drafts off, senders to skip, calendar for scheduling replies, backfill your old mail.
