One Prompt Newsletter in Claude.
Type this into Claude and be amazed. I save the newsletter as HTML so that it fits nicely into KW Command Emails :) - obviously, customize as needed. PROMPT: You are a real estate agent and a graphics artist. I need you to create a two page newsletter that I can email to my clients in Henderson, Nevada. Find me interesting events, activities coming up in the city and some interesting market stats. I am with Keller Williams Marketplace and I want it in html code so I can paste it back into KW Command. Make sure you have active links so that the readers can find more information. Remind me every month on the 25th to do this. Ask me any questions you need to do a good job.

@Jimmy Chickey thank you ! isnt that much aha
An excuse to talk to 1000 people a month
Jimmy Chickey's one-prompt newsletter post sent me down a rabbit hole to. I built my own version for Zona Norte, Buenos Aires — and changed one thing that changed everything. I added two sections: trusted home vendors, and recommended local businesses. That's the whole trick. Because now I have several reasons to reach out to every shop owner and every contact in my area and ask: - "Is there a service you keep needing and can't find?" - "Do you know someone who's genuinely great at what they do and deserves to be recommended?" - "Which are the best restaurants and cafés around here? Vote — and tell me whether you're picking them for the price, the food or the location." Nobody says no to those. And each answer turns into four touches — I ask, I feature them, I tell them they're in, I ask them to share it with their own customers. None of those sound like selling. Nobody says no to that call. And each one turns into four touches — I ask, I feature them, I tell them they're in, I ask them to share it with their own customers. None of those sound like selling. Why I actually do it: - Positioning. If I'm the one curating who's worth knowing around here, I become the reference point for the area — not just another agent farming it. - Referrals. These owners talk to dozens of neighbors a week. Once the relationship is real, they start sending people my way, and I bring them into how I share referrals so it's worth their while. - Collaboration. Further down the line, there's room to work together on reaching each other's audiences. Their customers and mine overlap more than either of us realizes. The newsletter is never the product. The conversation is. Want the full breakdown? I put together a doc with the complete system and the exact prompt I use to build it each month. Let me know in comments if you want to have it. And if you've got an idea to add to this — another section, another question worth asking, something that worked in your own market — I'd really love to hear it.

OpenAI dropped GPT-6 Astra Recently and 🤯
Watch the video, then drop 1–2 things in the comments that you've had GPT do in the last week or so that would've blown your mind 3 years ago. I'll drop mine below

Claude Skills 2.0 ⚡
Claude just leveled up our entire strategy with its new Agent Skills feature, and it is a massive shift for how we operate. Instead of just typing prompts and copy-pasting answers, you can now literally teach Claude your exact Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By leveraging its new computer use capabilities, you can essentially let it "watch" you work and build repeatable systems based on your exact actions. Think about what this means for your daily operations. Your workflows get streamlined instantly—as if you just hired a hyper-efficient personal assistant who sits right next to you, ready to execute your processes without dropping the ball. We are diving into the exact details of how to set this up and deploy it in your business today at 1:00 PM MT inside the AI Systems Lab. If you are not yet in the AI Systems Lab group but want to jump in and see this in action, text me and I’ll get you the details for this afternoon’s session. 385-207-9189 Let's build! 🚀

The SOP Nobody Wants to Write
Every team has those processes that live in someone's head. "How do we onboard a new client?" "What's the listing launch checklist?" Nobody wants to sit down and document them. I started recording a quick call with my team lead where he walks me through the process. Then I drop the transcript into Claude and ask it to turn it into a clean, numbered SOP. Last month I documented 6 processes this way. Each one took maybe 20 minutes instead of the 2 hours it would've taken to write from scratch. If you're running a team and nothing is documented, this is where I'd start.

Great idea ! I have been doing something similar . I have always open cloud handy, and started diferent chats, each one saved with a specific name and ask him to do several documents on different issues and as I notice that I have something to add to that doc I go into the chat and tell him to add x issue to xx doc . If Im in a hurry I do it from a new chat and then delete it because I dont want the conversations to get messy . At the begining when starting a new chat he didnt remember what I have commented in another chat. I dont know what has changed but now it does ( if somebody know please let me know jaja). So ... the issue is that I have several precious documents with great information that would be impossible to prepare without my friend Claud !
