Claude Skills 2.0 ⚡
Claude just leveled up our entire strategy with its new Agent Skills feature, and it is a massive shift for how we operate. Instead of just typing prompts and copy-pasting answers, you can now literally teach Claude your exact Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). By leveraging its new computer use capabilities, you can essentially let it "watch" you work and build repeatable systems based on your exact actions. Think about what this means for your daily operations. Your workflows get streamlined instantly—as if you just hired a hyper-efficient personal assistant who sits right next to you, ready to execute your processes without dropping the ball. We are diving into the exact details of how to set this up and deploy it in your business today at 1:00 PM MT inside the AI Systems Lab. If you are not yet in the AI Systems Lab group but want to jump in and see this in action, text me and I’ll get you the details for this afternoon’s session. 385-207-9189 Let's build! 🚀

The SOP Nobody Wants to Write
Every team has those processes that live in someone's head. "How do we onboard a new client?" "What's the listing launch checklist?" Nobody wants to sit down and document them. I started recording a quick call with my team lead where he walks me through the process. Then I drop the transcript into Claude and ask it to turn it into a clean, numbered SOP. Last month I documented 6 processes this way. Each one took maybe 20 minutes instead of the 2 hours it would've taken to write from scratch. If you're running a team and nothing is documented, this is where I'd start.

Great idea ! I have been doing something similar . I have always open cloud handy, and started diferent chats, each one saved with a specific name and ask him to do several documents on different issues and as I notice that I have something to add to that doc I go into the chat and tell him to add x issue to xx doc . If Im in a hurry I do it from a new chat and then delete it because I dont want the conversations to get messy . At the begining when starting a new chat he didnt remember what I have commented in another chat. I dont know what has changed but now it does ( if somebody know please let me know jaja). So ... the issue is that I have several precious documents with great information that would be impossible to prepare without my friend Claud !

Morning AI Routine
I'm curious what everyone's morning routine looks like with AI. Mine: I open Claude and ask it to summarize anything I need to follow up on from yesterday. I'm an executive assistant, so I have it draft my priority list for the day. Takes about 10 minutes. Then I'm able to start working instead of spending 20 minutes drifting. Small thing, but it changed how my mornings feel. What's the first thing you do with AI when you sit down to work?

How Do You Learn New AI Tools?
Quick question for everyone. When you're learning a new AI tool, do you prefer watching a tutorial first, or do you just open it and start clicking around? I'm a click-around person. Sometimes that costs me an hour figuring out something a 5-minute video would have shown me. But I also feel like I learn the tool better that way. What's your approach?

One Prompt Newsletter in Claude.
Type this into Claude and be amazed. I save the newsletter as HTML so that it fits nicely into KW Command Emails :) - obviously, customize as needed. PROMPT: You are a real estate agent and a graphics artist. I need you to create a two page newsletter that I can email to my clients in Henderson, Nevada. Find me interesting events, activities coming up in the city and some interesting market stats. I am with Keller Williams Marketplace and I want it in html code so I can paste it back into KW Command. Make sure you have active links so that the readers can find more information. Remind me every month on the 25th to do this. Ask me any questions you need to do a good job.
